Welcome to my pages! I'm Steve Bennett, a sixty-something entrepreneur and author living in Staffordshire, England. 

A twenty plus year research project into the neuroscience of wellbeing and happiness brings the Maximum Happiness project onto these pages.

As retired UK police officer, the latter part as a detective at a busy city station, those experience informed my depiction of an organized crime gang, their atrocities and the danger filled consequences for Valentina, the main protagonist in my first foray into writing crime fiction and romantic suspense novels.
